Kofi has asked for help creating the OLE Ghana website.

He gave us some design requirements:

1. a countdown counter  script /code like the one you have on the OLE website to countdown to 2015
2. a rotation banner/ad script/code to display our partners
3. site search

He has created a design in MS Word (Attached) with the following notes:

1. The links on the left will open in a different window (the window labeled 2 in the attachment) this means that the original window will be still open and be accessible.
2. Any window opened from the main menu will open in its self ( will have the same look and feel as shown in the attachment labeled window1)- the previously opened window will be replaced by the newly opened window. However any other window that will be opened thereafter in the current window will open in a new window (window 2) implying that the original window will be still open and be accessible. So for instance About Us will open to replace the Home window. However any other link opened on the About Us page for example List of Directors will open in a new window (Window 2)
3. The areas marked XXX is where I would want to put the site search, countdown counter and the rotating ad banner

I have tried to get him started on http://ghana.ole.org/ but it has been difficult for him to work online to add the content through the Drupal admin page because the pages load slowly and he is not sure how to use Drupal.

Other things

1. start with what we did for olerwanda.org
2. for the countdown we should try http://drupal.org/project/countdown or use the code from ole.org (attached)
3. I think they own ole.org.gh but not sure where they want to host it.
